"When I started going to the gym I hated running and was only able to run 1-2 minutes before I was out of breath. Since then, I am now able to run over 3 minutes without getting tired, my knee pain is almost all gone, and I feel like I have lots of energy now."

Kendra's Online Bootcamps have been my promise to myself, my thing, and a way to fill my own cup, Kendra keeps the work out interesting , challenging and fun I love the atmosphere not only because I'm in my own home but I get to see the same ladies on those nights , we laugh , we sweat , we push through together !!
These work outs kick my ass but are easy enough for anyone to start !

Sarah - Hybrid Training

I started going to the gym back in August due to some lower back pain. I figured maybe I just needed to get into shape. Through a coworker I was introduced to Sarah. She has been amazing through my whole process. Since September I have lost 15lbs and 16 inches. At times she can be brutal but with my results I have achieved I wouldn't want it any other way. Thanks for showing me weights aren't so scary.
